Dear Students and Parents,
I’m so glad you came to visit all the resources we have made available to you through this page. Below, you will find a collection of sites dedicated to helping you navigate your ‘next step’ after high school.
You have many options once you graduate from HLCS. You may be led to the workforce, military, an apprenticeship, certificate program, community college, or 4-year university.
Luke 14:28 reminds us to first sit down and count the cost of what we are building. In this instance, you are planning how you will build your future. As long as you are seeking the Lord and His direction, God’s word promises that He will direct your steps.
My office is always open if you want to sit down and map out your four year high school plan, explore dual enrollment, job shadowing opportunities or just talk about your future dreams and plans.
Please email me if you would like to schedule a time to go over graduation requirements for your student at ebanes@harborlight.org.
Thanks for stopping by!

When talking together about your future after high school, consider each of these paths:
- Work
- Military
- Apprenticeship
- Certificate program
- 2-year community college
- 4-year college
Which path is needed for your field of interest? And, consider the costs. Luke 14:28 reminds us to first sit down and count the cost of what we are building, and in this instance you are planning on building your future.
